Mixed feelings on decor order
I ordered some Vorhänge and a couple of Kissen for our living room. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple enough. The Vorhänge were exactly as pictured and seem like decent quality for the price, they really brightened up the room. However, one of the Kissen had a small stitching defect on the seam, nothing major but noticeable if you look closely. Delivery took about a week and a half, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially since I was waiting to finish decorating. Customer service was polite when I called about the cushion, and they offered a partial refund or replacement. I chose the refund. Good value overall, just a small quality control issue and slightly slow shipping.
