Mixed feelings on decor order
I ordered some Vorhänge and a couple of Kissen for our living room. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple enough. However, one of the Kissen had a small stitching defect on the seam, nothing major but noticeable if you look closely. Delivery took about a week and a half, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially since I was waiting to finish decorating. Customer service was polite when I called about the cushion, and they offered a partial refund or replacement. I chose the refund. Good value overall, just a small quality control issue and slightly slow shipping.
